SHIPPING POLICIES

Delivery times. If the purchase was made in Colombia, the delivery time will be as follows: Bogotá, Cali and Medellín: 3 business days. Rest of the country: 5 business days.

Business days are understood to be Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For some distant and/or difficult-to-access municipalities, the times may be extended even further.
Purchases made during special seasons (Sale and Black Friday) have a delivery time of 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

If the purchase was made outside of Colombia, it will have an estimated delivery time of 10 business days, taking into account that the products are shipped from Colombia.

The term of days to receive the product begins to run from the day the customer receives confirmation of the transaction. If it is filed on non-business days, the term will begin to run from the business day following confirmation of payment.

When orders are placed after 4:00 p.m., the shipping period begins on the next business day.

The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature on the guide will be sufficient. It will be understood that the product was sent without incident when the guide is signed by the doorman in developments or buildings where the doorman service exists.

In the event that there is only one minor or there is no porter service, the carrier will deliver the product in another visit, which will be scheduled by ALTA SHOES SAS If after the second visit, delivery has not been achieved effective, your order will be canceled and a money refund or credit note process will begin.

The delivery of the products will be made according to the schedules established by the transport companies at the address established by THE CUSTOMER.

Shipping costs. The cost of shipping the products will be determined in each case, taking into account the place of destination, weight and volume of the package and will be informed at the time of settlement of the order.

Delivery. ALTA SHOES S.AS dispatches the merchandise through transport companies (allied companies) guaranteeing the safety, coverage and quality of the service.

Payment platforms. Wompi is the platform in charge of approving transactions. Payment takes approximately one (1) business day for approval. Upon payment approval, you will receive an email.

Returns & Exchanges. If the product or its packaging shows signs of damage, the customer must register it as a new item. The term to do so is determined in the exchange policies.
